Shipping policy

All items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days of order placement unless otherwise noted at check-out, or, (for all applicable product listings), we announce we're unable to ship within the aforementioned timeframe due to scheduled production impacting events, (i.e. equipment maintenance, vacations, ECT.).  In such cases where scheduled changes to the aforementioned shipping timeframe occur - we will provide a notice to all customers in an updated version of this policy which is available for review prior to order placement.

Any changes to shipping timeframes which may occur post-purchase and as a result of unscheduled maintenance due to equipment failure, natural disasters, ECT. will be communicated directly to each customer and will include a provision for full-refund of the purchase price + shipping as long as the customer replies before actual shipment is complete.

Please note, we use USPS as our primary shipping carrier and to the best of our, (and USPS's), ability - we will provide an estimate for delivery based on an evaluation of shipping conditions at the time of the order.  Once in transit, any changes in conditions that impact USPS's ability to deliver an order within the stated estimated timeframe are outside the control of McKinney Printing Company and will not qualify for reimbursement of shipping costs for any reason.
